Getmyoffers is an online portal designed for people who have pre-approved credit card promotion offers. Users can only access the Getmyoffers portal after receiving their reservation number and access code in the mail.
Getmyoffers is only available to users who have used or received Capital One credit card offers. Users must be at least 18 years old and citizens of the United States.

What details will Capital One® obtain from me during the credit card application process?
You need to provide personal information with your credit card application. You are required to provide:
- Please provide your full name.
- Provide your social security number.
- Please enter your date of birth.
- Give your complete mailing address, including the P.O. Box number.
- The estimated gross annual income of the individual in query.
- Details about your savings or checking account
When will I receive my Capital One credit card?
You will receive a Capital One credit card if your application is approved. You will receive the card in the mail with information about your credit limit and welcome materials. These will be delivered within seven to ten business days of your application being approved.
However, if you’ve applied for a Mastercard and paid the deposit in full, the card will be sent to you. After payment, please allow seven to ten business days to deliver your card.

Another thing to remember is that to add any user, you must be both the primary and secondary cardholder. It would help if you had power of attorney. Otherwise, you’ll have to operate a small company account.

What should I do if my request is declined and my secure letter cannot be accessed online?
You may be refused while applying for a credit card through Getmyoffer.capitalone.com. You will be contacted by email. However, we’d want to explain why you were declined. If you cannot access your secure letter with additional information, please contact us at 1-800-903-9177. You must request that the paper copy be mailed to you.
How are my payments applied?
We usually apply payments up to the minimum payment to the amount with the lowest APR. Then, the payments are applied toward the amounts with the highest APRs. Any amount of payment in excess of the minimum payment is applied to the balance with the highest APR, followed by the balance with the lowest APR.
